Ashgabat, 22 Nov—In the ongoing week of Italian Cuisine in Ashgabat, organized by the embassy of Italy in collaboration with Yyldyz Hotel, the the first day of master class was dedicated to the students of Italian language of Turkmen State University Magtymguly and today to the student of Professional College (Tekhnikum).
They were taught how to prepare some Italian dishes like fresh homemade egg pasta with “Bolognese” meat ragout and stuffed ravioli, and other kind of “pasta”.
