
The year 2025 became an important milestone for Colvir Software Solutions, an international company with 25 years of experience in developing financial technologies. The anniversary year was marked by a significant expansion of educational, professional, and industry initiatives in Turkmenistan aimed at supporting the digitalization of the financial sector, developing human capital, and strengthening international cooperation.

Launch of a Series of Educational Intensives
Throughout the year, Colvir consistently strengthened its educational focus, building a foundation for training qualified IT specialists and banking professionals.
In March, Colvir launched an active program of bootcamps.
The first training course (March 10–14) was dedicated to HR and accounting administration and included lecture modules, practical assignments, and hands-on work within the system.
The second bootcamp, held in May, focused on credit products and instruments. It reinforced the status of Colvir Camp as a regular platform for the professional growth of financial sector specialists in the country.
The third event was held for the first time in a hybrid format and was dedicated to IT administration of the Colvir banking system. Participants explored solution architecture, mastered key system support tools, and exchanged practical experience.
The final bootcamp, included in the November Colvir conference program, combined training on deposits and card back-office operations.

Webinars for Banking Professionals
In February, the series of specialized webinars for employees of Turkmenistan’s banks continued. In total, 15 thematic webinars were held in 2025, eight of which were conducted exclusively for banking specialists from Turkmenistan.
In addition, in 2025 Colvir launched a special engagement program for online event participants. Throughout the year, participants earned Colvir Coin bonus points for attending webinars, participating in, and winning quizzes.
Representatives of Turkmenistan’s banks ranked among the top 10 leaders in both individual and team standings.

Colvir Fintech Evolution Conference and the Launch of a Long-Term IT Skills Development Program
On May 20, the Colvir Fintech Evolution conference took place in Ashgabat, bringing together representatives of the banking sector, government institutions, and postal services. As part of the conference, a three-year IT skills development program in Turkmenistan was presented, aimed at training the next generation of specialists in the digital economy.
The event emphasized the company’s strategic intention to support the educational environment and contribute to the development of professional talent to ensure the technological advancement of the country’s financial system.

Development of the Educational Ecosystem and Cooperation with Universities
One of the priorities of 2025 was strengthening partnerships in education.
From October 10 to 12, within the framework of the international exhibition and scientific conference “Healthcare, Education and Sports in the Era of the Revival of a New Epoch of a Powerful State,” Colvir presented the Colvir Training Center in Turkmenistan and held meetings with universities and the Ministry of Education. Discussions focused on the implementation of digital educational programs, specialist training, and professional development for banking personnel.
At the end of the year, an online meeting was held at the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan with the participation of the management of the Colvir Training Center and representatives of higher education institutions, dedicated to expanding educational support and developing IT specialist competencies.

International Conferences and Exchange of Experience
From October 31 to November 3, representatives of Turkmenistan’s financial organizations participated in an international conference in Turkey focused on the development of banking products and Colvir technological platforms. The forum served as a platform for discussing digital transformation, exchanging international experience, and studying development strategies for financial systems in Central Asian countries.
Twenty-four representatives from eight banks in Turkmenistan attended the international Colvir conference, participating in panel sessions, roundtables, and the partnership recognition ceremony.

Colvir Banking Conference 2025: Professional Dialogue on the Future of the Financial Sector
In November 2025, the fourth annual Colvir Banking Conference was held in Ashgabat, becoming a key event of the company’s anniversary year and one of the most significant professional platforms for Turkmenistan’s financial sector. The event brought together representatives of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, state and commercial banks, the state enterprise “Turkmenpochta,” as well as international organizations and technology companies. The focus was on macro trends of the coming decade, the role of artificial intelligence in modernizing financial services, and strategic directions for banking automation development.
As part of the business program, analytical reports by Colvir experts and invited speakers were presented. Special attention was paid to the practical application of AI, improving the efficiency of banking operations, infrastructure modernization, and the development of digital service channels. Colvir’s technological developments also attracted interest, including the updated version of its core banking system, big data analytics solutions, and cybersecurity tools. The presented cases and implementation examples provided participants with a practical understanding of how modern technologies can enhance the reliability and resilience of financial institutions.
Following the conference, participants noted the high level of expert presentations, the practical value of the discussed approaches, and the importance of such platforms for strengthening dialogue between banks and technology companies. The conference confirmed Colvir’s commitment to supporting the development of Turkmenistan’s professional ecosystem by combining technological initiatives, educational programs, and international experience to shape a sustainable digital future for the industry.

Participation in International Forums and Expert Contribution to Technology Development
In 2025, Colvir actively presented its solutions and expertise at key international and national venues in Turkmenistan.
In August, as part of a major international conference “The Role of Science and Technology in Strengthening Peace and Sustainable Development,” organized by the Technology Park of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan, a company representative delivered a presentation on global trends in payment systems development, generating significant interest among participants.
In September, the company participated in the Turkmenistan Investment Forum — TIF 2025 in Avaza. During business meetings with representatives of the Central Bank of Turkmenistan, Senagat Bank, Daikhan Bank, and other organizations, current joint projects and prospects for further cooperation were discussed.
Colvir Software Solutions acted as a platinum sponsor of the Turkmenistan Digital Forum — TDF 2025, which combined the TurkmenTel and FinTech Forum events held in Ashgabat on November 12–13, 2025, under the auspices of the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan. One of the significant events of the forum was the awarding of the winners of the “Digital Solution – 2025” contest aimed at stimulating innovation among young IT specialists and students of technical disciplines.

During the event, company representatives noted that training qualified IT professionals is a key factor for the sustainable development of the national digital economy.
