More than 800 delegates from 45 countries, a high-level business delegation from Saudi Arabia, representatives of the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation, the Asian Development Bank, as well as major multinational companies — on 1–2 October, Ashgabat will become a platform for international business dialogue.
As the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026 (TIF 2026) approaches, its strong line-up of participants continues to expand. Among those already registered are representatives of government and business circles from the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Japan, Singapore, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia and the countries of Central Asia.
One of the most notable events will be the participation of a high-level delegation from Saudi Arabia, headed by His Highness Prince Mansour bin Mohammed Al Saud, Chairman of Najd Gate Holding. The delegation will also include Ahmed bin Ali Al-Dahil, Chairman of the Saudi Business Council for Central Asia, as well as executives from companies operating in the fields of energy, industry, agriculture, real estate, drilling and well construction.
Among them are Al Ufuq Holding, Al Majdiah Holding, Arabian Drilling Company, Al Taleb Agricultural Company, and the Federation of Saudi Chambers. According to the organizers, investors from Riyadh intend to explore opportunities across a broad range of sectors of Turkmenistan’s economy.
The TIF 2026 speaker line-up also reflects the forum’s strong international profile. The forum will feature representatives of the World Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Finance Corporation and the Asian Development Bank, as well as heads of diplomatic missions of the European Union and the United Kingdom. Ministerial-level participation has been confirmed by Netherlands, Türkiye, Pakistan, Armenia, Kyrgyzstan and Saudi Arabia.
TIF 2026 is organized by the Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, in partnership with Turkmen Congress.
