Apple has once again delighted its fans with a new addition to its smartphone lineup, the iPhone 17e. While the device retains the classic aesthetic of its predecessor, it introduces a fresh Pink color option alongside the traditional Black and White finishes.
The standout feature is the 48-megapixel main camera sensor, offering four times the resolution of older iPhone models. This allows for stunning high-resolution photography with perfectly balanced lighting and intricate detail.
A built-in 2x Telephoto lens provides optical-quality zoom, while 4K Dolby Vision support enables users to capture professional-grade video with high-fidelity audio. The front-facing camera remains consistent with a reliable 12 MP sensor.
In terms of performance, the iPhone 17e punches well above its weight class. This budget-friendly device is powered by the Apple A19 chip, a powerhouse previously reserved for iPhone 17.
While it foregoes the Dynamic Island in favor of a classic notch design, the body now features MagSafe compatibility for seamless wireless charging.
Pre-orders for the iPhone 17e will begin on 4 March 2026, with official sales scheduled to start on 11 March 2026. The 8/256 GB base model is priced starting at 599 USD, while the 8/512 GB version will start at 799 USD. ///nCa, 4 March 2026
