More than 800 delegates from 60 countries have registered for the International Conference and Exhibition “Development of the Construction, Industrial, Chemical and Energy Sectors of Turkmenistan” (CIET 2026). The forum will take place on 3–5 November at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat.
Under the strategic theme “Innovation • Investment • Growth”, the event will bring together government representatives, international companies, financial institutions, investors and technology providers. Discussions will focus on industrial modernisation, infrastructure development and international economic cooperation.
One area of the programme will address the development of the energy and chemical industries. Participants will examine opportunities to attract investment, improve production efficiency, expand downstream processing and increase the output of competitive, higher-value products.
The infrastructure agenda will cover modern engineering practices, innovative construction materials, architectural solutions and road network development. Participants will also discuss sustainable urban development, efficient energy systems and the environmental aspects of infrastructure projects.
Investment discussions will explore domestic and international capital mobilisation, public-private partnerships and projects that strengthen regional connectivity. Attention will also be given to entrepreneurship and greater private-sector participation.
Digital construction, smart urban solutions and professional training will feature among the forum’s topics. Participants will consider the role of technology and skills in the further development of industry and urban infrastructure.
The conference will be complemented by an international exhibition of construction equipment, industrial technologies, engineering solutions, materials and services.
