The Turkic World Dialogue Forum has commenced its work in Ankara, taking place on 30–31 October 2026 on the margins of the 13th Summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) under the auspices of the Communications Directorate of the Presidency of Türkiye.
The event has brought together parliamentarians, government representatives, think tank experts, scholars, journalists, and cultural figures from OTS member and observer states—including Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Turkmenistan, Hungary, and the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus (TRNC)—as well as other friendly nations. Media representatives from Turkmenistan are also in attendance at the forum.
The main objective of this large-scale event is to strengthen cultural exchange, deepen integration processes, and develop cooperation in the fields of media, communications, politics, and economy based on shared historical and civilizational values.
The two-day program of the forum covers a wide range of relevant discussion areas.
Participants will pay special attention to combating disinformation, addressing the challenges of the artificial intelligence era in the media landscape, ensuring cybersecurity, and exploring the prospects of creating joint broadcasting platforms, news networks, and a unified digital space for the Turkic states.
The discussions focus on the “Turkic World Vision – 2040” concept, issues of parliamentary diplomacy, strengthening regional stability through the activities of TURKPA, and the transformation of the Middle Corridor into a unified production and logistics ecosystem between Asia and Europe.
Experts will discuss the role of Caspian basin energy resources and new transport corridors in ensuring regional and global energy security.
The program addresses initiatives aimed at preserving the shared linguistic and cultural heritage, strengthening the institution of family, developing academic and scientific partnerships, and engaging with Turkic diasporas worldwide.
The ideas and recommendations voiced at the forum will give a new impetus to the institutional development of the Turkic World and reinforce solidarity among fraternal nations. ///nCa, 30 October 2026
