A delegation from the Russian film studio ‘Soyuzmultfilm’ will visit Ashgabat as part of the International Exhibition-Fair “KIDS EXPO: Everything for Children,” taking place from 19 to 22 August 2026.
The participation of Soyuzmultfilm representatives will be part of the exhibition’s business program, featuring a series of meetings with potential partners, business representatives, educational institutions, and specialized organizations in Turkmenistan.
The focus will be on expanding cooperation in animation and children’s content, licensing projects, promoting famous Soyuzmultfilm brands in Turkmenistan, and exploring opportunities for joint projects.
The delegation’s visit will offer a platform for direct dialogue with Turkmen market representatives, enabling the exchange of experience and discussion of partnership prospects in animation, education, children’s content, and entertainment.
Soyuzmultfilm is a modern media holding and the largest animation studio in Russia, producing over 20 hours of animation annually—including series, feature films, and shorts. Beyond production, the company operates its own TV channels (“Multilandia” and “Umka”), a licensing agency, a network of interactive multimedia venues, cutting-edge tech initiatives, and professional education programs. Today, the studio brings together top experts and leaders of the Russian animation industry. In 2026, the studio celebrates 90 years since its foundation on 10 June 1936.
The International Exhibition-Fair “KIDS EXPO: Everything for Children” will take place from 19 to 22 August 2026 at the Exhibition Complex of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan in Ashgabat.
