Trade Minister of Türkiye Ömer Bolat will visit Ashgabat from 10 to 12 February 2026. This was reported by the Anadolu Agency, citing the Turkish Ministry of Trade.
The goal of the Turkish Export Products Exhibition in Ashgabat is to develop new partnership opportunities across various sectors, including industry, agriculture, food processing, textiles, construction, and services.
A delegation led by Ömer Bolat will participate in the opening of the 12th ‘Turkish Export Products’ exhibition. The visit, during which Minister Bolat will also hold high-level meetings, will continue until 12 February, Anadolu reports.
This program is a vital component of the concrete steps being taken to strengthen economic and trade ties between Türkiye and Turkmenistan. It is expected that the momentum gained during the exhibition of Turkmen products—held last July in Istanbul and also attended by Bolat—will be further advanced in Ashgabat.
In line with this, approximately 90 stands are planned for the exhibition in Turkmenistan, where Turkish companies will present a wide range of products. Bilateral business meetings on the sidelines of the showcase are intended to make a significant contribution to deepening mutual trade and investment relations between the two nations.
Participation in the exhibition is supported by the Ministry of Trade of Türkiye.
Minister Ömer Bolat’s high-level meetings are expected to contribute significantly to the goal of increasing bilateral trade volume from $2.2 billion (as of the end of last year) to $5 billion in the medium term./// nCa, 9 February 2026
