EU Ambassador to Turkmenistan Beata Peksa hosted a farewell reception in Ashgabat on the occasion of completing her diplomatic mission in the country.
Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Myahri Byashimova attended the event from the Turkmen side.
In her address, Beata Peksa expressed gratitude to the leadership of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Government of Turkmenistan, the foreign diplomatic corps, representatives of international organizations, and the public for their comprehensive support during her tenure.
Beata Peksa headed the EU diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan for three years, making a significant contribution to strengthening bilateral cooperation and enhancing dialogue between Turkmenistan and the European Union. ///nCa, 27 August 2026
