The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan has announced a tender in the form of quotations for the design and construction of a mosque in the city of Fizuli, Azerbaijan. This was reported by the newspaper Neutral Turkmenistan, citing an official statement from the ministry.
Applications and proposals from interested parties are accepted until September 22, 2025, at the Department of Marketing and Foreign Economic Relations of the Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan, located at: Ashgabat, Archabil Avenue, 84. The mosque construction project in Fuzuli will serve as a symbolic gift from Turkmenistan to Azerbaijan, reinforcing the cultural and historical ties between the two nations.
