Charge d’affaires of the UAE Embassy in Turkmenistan H.E. Mr. Abdulaziz AlHashemi visited Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and met with students.
Mr. Abdulaziz AlHashemi gave more explanation about EXPO Dubai 2020, UAE welcomes the world on October 2021, Expo is ready to convene the global community in a spirit of collaboration and innovation to build a strong, sustainable future for everyone. Excitement is building for the event that will run from October 2021 until March 2022, and inspire hope among more than 190 participating countries and millions of visitors. Among the other countries Turkmenistan also will present a national exposition at the EXPO Dubai 2020 exhibition, in Dubai, UAE under the motto “Connecting the minds, creating the future.” Through the Expo Dubai 2020 theme, we aim to build partnerships and inspire ideas that will forge the world of tomorrow: Opportunity, Mobility and Sustainability our subthemes are the key pillars that guide us on our journey. It is really Great opportunity for world after globally pandemic.
Participation in this international exhibition will provide an opportunity to demonstrate the achievements of Turkmenistan to the world community, to acquaint with targeted programs for the development of various sectors of the economy, and will also promote domestic technologies, scientific developments, goods and services to the foreign market.
Expo Dubai 2020 will serve as an effective platform for establishing new contacts, exchanging experience in various fields, expanding the geography of mutually beneficial cooperation with foreign partners.
Diplomat said: “Our leadership has spared no effort, guided us, and provided all resources to ensure that our World Expo will be a true expression of the UAE’s values, reflecting its ambition to build a better future for us, the region and the world – a future of which coming generations will be proud”.
During the meeting, Mr. Abdulaziz AlHashemi also took part in a discussion with the participants of the event and answered questions from future diplomats of Turkmenistan.
