ASHGABAT — Turkmenistan has opened registration for CIET 2026, its international conference and exhibition bringing together the construction, industrial, chemical and energy sectors, as the country seeks to deepen engagement with international investors, technology companies and engineering groups.
The event will take place in Ashgabat from 3–5 November 2026 and will connect government institutions and national enterprises with international investors, financial institutions, contractors, manufacturers and technology providers.
More than 500 delegates representing over 50 countries participated in last year’s event.
This year’s edition will place investment and practical international cooperation at the centre of the agenda as Turkmenistan continues programmes to modernise infrastructure, expand industrial production and introduce advanced technologies across key sectors of its economy.
Connecting capital, technology and projects
CIET 2026 will provide an international platform for presenting development priorities and examining mechanisms for project implementation, including project finance, public-private partnerships, technology cooperation and participation by international contractors and investors.
Opportunities across construction and urban development, industry, chemicals and petrochemicals, energy, transport and infrastructure, digitalisation and sustainable development will form part of the discussions.
International financial institutions, investors and engineering and technology companies will have opportunities to engage directly with government institutions, state enterprises and the country’s private sector.
Pre-arranged B2G and B2B meetings are intended to move discussions beyond conventional conference networking towards specific projects and longer-term commercial relationships.
The accompanying exhibition will showcase equipment, technologies, materials and solutions for construction, industry, chemicals, infrastructure and energy.
Architecture, digitalisation and the next generation
CIET 2026 will also broaden its focus on innovation and human capital.
Conference discussions will examine artificial intelligence, digital transformation, modern construction technologies, energy efficiency and Industry 4.0 solutions.
For international companies, CIET offers an opportunity to better understand Turkmenistan’s development priorities while engaging directly with prospective partners and decision-makers.
For Turkmenistan, the forum provides a platform to connect its emerging project pipeline and industrial ambitions with international capital, engineering expertise and advanced technology.
