7 February 2026, Ashgabat, Turkmenistan – The capital’s “Iş Nokady” co-working center became a magnet for enthusiasts and representatives of business, marketing, and creative industries. The event hosted the first Go Night of 2026 in Turkmenistan, held under the slogan: “New-School Marketing: Managing Results, Not Processes.”
The theme centered on a modern form of marketing: an approach that combines innovative tools and techniques to manage final outcomes rather than just workflows. Participants discussed the evolving role of marketing amidst digital transformation and the growing expectations of consumers.
The meeting featured well-known specialists in Turkmen business circles: Daniil Maykovsky and Kyamal Babayev.
Daniil Maykovsky (Head of the StartUp Academy, management consultant, and business trainer). He shared a vision for systematic business development and strategic planning during early scaling phases. He also covered organizational diagnostics, strategic management, and the implementation of full-cycle consulting solutions.
Kyamal Babayev (Retail and distribution expert with management experience at Shaylan Group, Hermitage, and Gerekli), jffered an “insider” look at marketing and sales. He presented a result-oriented approach to scaling business by blending strategic marketing with effective sales management.
The combination of theory and practical insights led to a shared realization: the business sector is changing at an incredible speed. This practical shift is creating new tools and reshaping the very concept of marketing and sales systems.
The event’s highlight was the spontaneous yet firm decision to form an initiative group to create a Marketing Association in Turkmenistan. During the networking session, experts and enthusiasts exchanged contacts to continue promoting “new” marketing tools.
