On 22 August 2025, in Beijing, a meeting took place between Oguljahan Atabayeva, Vice-President for Medical Activities of the Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov Charitable Foundation for Assistance to Children in Need of Guardianship, and Huai Jinpeng, Minister of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
Huai Jinpeng emphasized that under the strategic leadership of Chinese President Xi Jinping and Turkmenistan President Serdar Berdimuhamedov, the bilateral strategic partnership between the two countries demonstrates steady development. Particular attention was given to educational cooperation, which, according to the minister, continues to expand actively. China expressed its readiness to share its expertise in education, contributing to the strengthening of humanitarian exchanges.
Oguljahan Atabayeva highly praised China’s achievements in the educational sphere. She noted the country’s unique contribution to global education development and expressed readiness to collaborate with the Chinese side.
