The Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the UAE, Bayram Bayramov, presented his credentials to Francesco La Camera, Director-General of the International Renewable Energy Agency (IRENA), on 24 February 2026. With this formal ceremony, Ambassador Bayramov officially assumed his duties as the Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to this prestigious international organization.
