On 26 January 2026, on the eve of Defenders of the Fatherland Day, ceremonies were held across various provinces of Turkmenistan to unveil new administrative and residential facilities designed for military personnel and law enforcement officers.
In the Etrek district of the Balkan province, a new four-story, 24-apartment service residential building was commissioned for the families of military personnel of the State Customs Service. The two- and three-bedroom apartments are equipped with all necessary amenities. The building features centralized water supply, sewerage, gas, and electricity systems. The adjacent territory has been landscaped, including children’s playgrounds and recreation areas.
In the Esenguly district of the Balkan province, a new two-story administrative building for the Prosecutor’s Office, built by the “Rysgally zähmet” private company, was opened. The offices are equipped with modern office equipment, computers, and furniture; the building is connected to communication, heating, air conditioning, and uninterruptible power supply systems.
In Ashgabat, a new phase of the Myalikguly Berdimuhamedov cottage complex, built for the families of Ministry of Internal Affairs employees, was commissioned. The complex includes 56 five-room apartments, fully furnished and equipped with household appliances.
In the Tejen district, a new administrative building of the local branch of the Ahal Province Department of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan was commissioned. The building offers extensive capabilities for providing migration services and implementing electronic document management.
