Azerbaijani president to visit Kazakhstan

Baku, 24 July 2007 (APA) --- Azerbaijan’s President Ilham Aliyev is scheduled to make an official visit to Astana at the invitation of Kazakhstan’s President Nursultan Nazarbayev on August 7-8, Kazakhstan’s Ambassador to Azerbaijan Andar Shukputov told APA.
Several documents are expected to be signed during the visit.
“The meeting of Kazakhstan-Azerbaijan intergovernmental commission will be held in Astana before the visit, and the documents that are expected to be signed will be specified,” he said.
Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan have concluded about 80 documents up to now.
